Replacement & Download Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a CD/DOWNLOAD replacement

Although it is extremely rare, things can happen and so if there is a problem with a particular DOWNLOAD CD here's our policy;

To be eligible for a replacement download you simply have to provide acceptable proof of purchase, no longer than 14 days after your initial download. Once this has been done we will send you any item you have purchased and we will do this once.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a CD replacement

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and not downloaded properly the above policy is applicable.
 

Once again this is a rare event that there are ever problems. May we add, we are in the business of helping people and macing them happy, do know that we will do everything to make sure you are happy and that you have the materials you ordered no matter what!
